Membership FAQs

Our memberships are about more than savings, they’re about being supported and cared for on an ongoing basis.

We offer a limited amount of memberships, once we reach our limit a waitlist will be opened. Appointments can still be booked through our online system for non members.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes — memberships have a minimum commitment of 3 months to ensure continuity of care.

How does payment work?

Memberships are paid via monthly direct debit for ease and consistency.

Can I roll over my treatment if I miss a month?

One treatment may be rolled over for up to one month. Treatments not used within this time will expire.

What if I need to cancel?

We require 30 days’ notice after the initial 3-month period.

What happens if I miss my appointment?

Missed or late-cancelled appointments will be forfeited, as the time has been reserved especially for you.

Does the discount apply to all treatments?

The 10% discount applies to full-priced treatments booked within the same month and cannot be combined with other offers or packages.
