Choose between 60 or 90 minutes and create your treatment from a combination of massage and relaxation techniques.
Your treatment can include a full-body massage, or a combination of focused areas such as the back, scalp, hands and arms, legs and feet, décolletage, facial massage, sinus massage, facial pressure points or gua sha facial massage.
Optional extras such as hot stones or a facial mask can also be added when booking.

Back, Face & Scalp
A relaxing combination treatment starting with a back massage tailored to your needs, followed by a personalised facial and finished with a calming scalp massage.
Choose 60 minutes for a back massage with a mini facial and scalp massage, or 90 minutes for a more complete treatment including a full facial.

Best of Both Worlds
A full-body massage followed by an express facial, giving you time to completely switch off while still tailoring the treatment to what you need on the day.
Your massage can be adapted to suit you, using either Swedish or aromatherapy techniques, with pressure and focus tailored to your preferences. This is followed by an express facial using products chosen to suit your skin and any areas of concern.

Lymphatic & Back massage
A combination treatment designed to leave you feeling lighter, less puffy and more relaxed.
The treatment begins with manual lymphatic drainage to gently support the lymphatic system and help with feelings of swelling, bloating and fluid retention. This is followed by a tailored back massage, working into areas of tension and tired muscles to help you relax, release and restore.

A relaxing combination treatment designed to leave you feeling lighter, refreshed and restored.
The treatment begins with manual lymphatic drainage to gently support the lymphatic system and help with feelings of puffiness, bloating and fluid retention. This is followed by an express facial, including a cleanse, exfoliation and facial massage, with products chosen to suit your skin and leave it feeling fresh and revitalised.

Lymphatic & Scar therapy
A specialist combination treatment bringing together manual lymphatic drainage and focused scar therapy.
The treatment begins with gentle lymphatic drainage to support fluid movement and help with swelling, puffiness or feelings of heaviness. We’ll then spend focused time working around your scar and the surrounding tissues, using scar therapy techniques tailored to how the area feels and where you may be experiencing tightness or restriction.
The treatment is completely adapted to you, your scar and what your body needs on the day.
